Prezi is a presentation tool that helps you organize and
share your ideas.
I was looking for an alternative way to present a seminar at
my university and got to knew about this tech. Prezi is basically a tool or we
can say software that converts our .ppt into a great flash presentation. Also
the advantage is that it comes with a built in zoom in zoom out control. So it
will be a great fun to have a ppt that can be zoomed in and zoomed out also
animation can be added to it.
This technology was developed by three brilliant (Hungarian)
minds Peter Arvai, Peter Halacsi, and Adam Somlai-Fischer.Prezi came to life in
2007
Not only it can convert our ppt we can also develop our own
Prezi.
For use prezi technology just register at www.prezi.com and that’s it
,we are done, then we get lots of free
themes from tree layout to 3D,amazing school like theme to what you want, we
can also create our own theme, layout and use in future of our prezis .
After logging in to our prezi account you can simply upload
your ppts and can convert it online to prezi and can share with your friends or
we can also download it.Very good news for users who have limited access to internet
a desktop version of prezi is also available; you can download it from its
site.

Now, since you would understand this presentational
software, I would like to share some tips with you.
1-When you sign up here you can get only 50MB space but if
you are school student and you have aid provided by your school you can upgrade
it to educational license for free. Teachers can also upgrade this software.
But condition is your school must have a website with .edu or .ac.in domain and
you must have email id provided by school.
2.Hold shift key when you are drawing hidden frames and
frames for maintain a perfect ratio 4:3

3.Choose from more than just 3 colors for your fonts
You can choose your own theme , then keep in mind that three
colors you have. Now you are able to change any text passage to one of the big
number of color choices. Write text passage first then option will appear on
the right.

4. we can download our prezi and take it anywhere in you pen
drive
Just have a note at that point that takes all the files from
the .zip folder downloaded by you
5.we can also print our prezi.
By clicking on ‘print’ in edit mode you can save your prezi
to a PDF form.
